The content on myrealitycheck.ai is provided for informational purposes. MyRealityCheck.ai reserves the right to update content at any time without prior notice.

By completing the CrisisReadinessCheck, you agree that:

• •Your responses will be used to generate a personalized report
• •MyRealityCheck.ai will deliver your report within 5 business days
• •Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Fees are determined separately for each engagement, based on the agreed scope, organisational size and complexity. The applicable fees and payment terms will be set out in a written proposal. An engagement begins only after that proposal has been accepted.

• •Payment is due upon invoice, within 30 days of report delivery
• •All prices are exclusive of VAT (21% for Belgian clients)

The CrisisReadinessCheck methodology, scoring framework, and report templates are the intellectual property of MyRealityCheck.ai. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

The CRS provides an assessment of organizational crisis readiness based on the information and evidence made available within the agreed scope. It reports findings, evidence gaps, uncertainties and priority points of attention. It does not constitute advice, consultancy or a remediation engagement, and does not include implementation support. All decisions arising from this assessment, including implementation decisions, remain the responsibility of your organization.

MyRealityCheck.ai is not liable for decisions made on the basis of CRS results, nor for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use of this platform.

When using this website and the CrisisReadinessCheck, you agree not to:

• •Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or extract data from the platform
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the CRS methodology or scoring framework
• •Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• •Use the platform for any purpose that competes directly with MyRealityCheck.ai's services
• •Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the platform

MyRealityCheck.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
