By completing the Crisis Readiness Scan, you agree that:

• •Your responses will be used to generate a personalized report
• •MyRealityCheck.ai will deliver your report within 5 business days
• •Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

The Crisis Readiness Scan — including the full assessment and personalized report — is offered at a fixed price of €995 excl. VAT.

• •Payment is due upon invoice, within 30 days of report delivery
• •All prices are exclusive of VAT (21% for Belgian clients)
• •No hidden costs — the published price includes the full service

The Crisis Readiness Scan methodology, scoring framework, and report templates are the intellectual property of MyRealityCheck.ai. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

The CRS provides organizational maturity indicators based on your responses. MyRealityCheck.ai's recommendations are advisory in nature. Implementation decisions remain the responsibility of your organization.

MyRealityCheck.ai is not liable for decisions made on the basis of CRS results, nor for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use of this platform.

When using this website and the Crisis Readiness Scan, you agree not to:

• •Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or extract data from the platform
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the CRS methodology or scoring framework
• •Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• •Use the platform for any purpose that competes directly with MyRealityCheck.ai's services
• •Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the platform

MyRealityCheck.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
